SECTION 1.  Refund Policy for Love My Hens Chicken Drinkers & Parts:

Returns & Refunds for Love My Hens Chicken Drinkers and parts are available if a request is made by email within the first 45 days from the date the customer receives the shipment.

Returning Chicken Drinker Products In New Condition

If you are returning your item(s) unused and in the same condition that you received it with all of its parts included, then Email us to receive a return ticket.  You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Once we receive back the item(s) you returned we will issue you a credit for the full amount.

Insuring Returned Products

If you are shipping product valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Chicken Drinker Products

If you received product from us that was damaged or in defective condition then take detailed pictures of the product showing the problem and email us images at  After reviewing the photos we will issue you a return shipping label and send you a replacement. If you choose not to replace the damaged items then we will issue you a credit for the full amount paid.  Please keep in mind that while we manufacture and handle our drinkers with care that our process requires some final stage hand pressing that causes some very minor/superficial indentations that in no way have an effect on the durability or function of the drinkers as the materials are solid stainless steel throughout.

Refunds for Chicken Drinker Products

Once your item(s) are received and inspected by us, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.

SECTION 2.  Refund Policy for Love My Barnyard Made-To-Order Products:  

This refund policy is for all products sold by Love My Barnyard  in the following categories: apparel, home decor, kitchen items, jewelry, phone accessories, totes, bags, towels and other bath items, wall art, cards, notebooks, toys, ornaments, and all other miscellaneous accessories.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received and we request that photographs of the damage or defected product be taken and emailed immediately upon discovery. Such items maybe either replaced or refunded. If replaced there is no charge to the customer. If the customer chooses not to replace the items, then a credit will be issued for the full payment less the cost of the original shipping.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Reasons for Returns

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Due to our print on demand manufacturing, we do not keep inventory on hand and cannot re-sell something that has been returned.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of re-shipping to yourself with the corrected address that you give us.
